Shamed Katie Wilson, 19, said after cops raced to arrest her: “They thought I was a heroin addict.
“I’m horrified the drug made me become something I’m not.
“I was parading through the Tesco aisles like a catwalk diva.
“It was terrifying. I had chewed a pen so it looked like I had black teeth — and I had drawings all over my body.”
Shop worker Katie, who describes herself as a respectable BMW driver, took the “legal high” called Benzo Fury at a pal’s home.
She found herself TRASHING the flat, STUMBLING up the road — then cavorting STARKERS at the Tesco in Bourne, Lincs. When cops arrived she karate-kicked one in the face — before booting the patrol car’s wing mirror off as she was taken away in cuffs.
Last weekend the same £10 drug — which can be bought on the internet — killed Alex Herriot, 19, at the RockNess music festival in Scotland.
Katie, of Deeping St James, Lincs, admitted outraging public decency and criminal damage at Grantham Magistrates’ Court. She got a conditional discharge and £200 fine.
Katie warned those tempted to try the drug: “It can do you real damage. I don’t want others to make the mistake I did.”

Bopara laments injury woes - SkySports
The Essex right-hander was at the head of the queue to fill England's number six position against the Windies in this summer's Investec Test series, only to suffer a calf injury on the eve of the squad announcement for the first match last month.
That place was filled at Lord's, and in two subsequent Tests, by Yorkshire's Jonny Bairstow - and Bopara's calf trouble was the latest in a series of minor but untimely niggles over the past eight months.
The middle-order batsman is expected to be back at number four in the first of three 50-over matches against the Windies, at the Ageas Bowl on Saturday.
"I'm really looking forward to it," he said.
"I haven't played a lot of cricket for England recently because of injuries. So it's exciting for me, and I'm in good form."
Frustration
Bopara returned to action at the start of June with a 50-over century, and then one in four-day cricket too, for Essex.
He is not about to start worrying unduly either about a run of injuries, which may be pure coincidence.
"It's very frustrating. It's only recently I've started to get a few injuries," he said.
"Before that, I very rarely missed games through injury ... it's probably a sign of me getting old.
"It is annoying. It is frustrating. But whatever's meant to be is meant to be."
Bairstow has endured a tough start to his Test career posting scores of just 16, 4 and 18 in his three completed innings to-date.
And Bopara, while aware others are profiting from his absence, knows that at 27, time is not on his side as much as it once was.
"I guess what it does is it gives someone else an opportunity to cement their place, and that's not ideal.
"But it means when I get my opportunity, I've got to cement my place. Let's hope I get it soon."

TOWIE'S Gemma Collins strips down to swimsuit to tell Arg: You ain't ever gonna get this candy - The Sun
The 31-year-old whipped off her bright pink sarong and showed off her curves in a black one-piece as she declared she was "f***ing sexy" and pal James "Arg" Argent could "kiss my a**".
Gemma was seen approaching Arg as he mucked around in the pool after the champagne spray party on last night's TOWIE special The Only Way Is Marbs.
The cast of the hit ITV2 show headed to Marbella, Spain, earlier this month to film the one-off episode.
As Gemma stood in front of the boys, Joey Essex asked: “So are you two getting together or what?”
In the last episode of series five Gemma was seen declaring she "loved" Arg, 24, and giving him a kiss.
But the former car saleswoman has obviously had a change of heart since then.
She blasted: “Well I just want to say something to you (Arg), you’ve been going around discussing what happened between us, let me tell you something now, you don’t ever disrespect a girl again.
“Take a look at this, because you ain't ever gonna get this candy.”
Gemma then undid her sarong, to unveil her swimsuit underneath.
Arg was left looking stunned and confused, before announcing: “I don’t get it Gemma, I don’t understand.”
She then told the chubby crooner: “I don’t like the way you turn around and say, oh she’s got a pretty face but she’s got a bad metabolism."
Before adding: "I am f***ing sexy James. I am sexy and I know it.”
The furious blonde continued: “I don’t even want to go out with you Arg, you disrespect girls. You cheated on Lydia how many times?
“You think I’m pretty, but I’m too fat to go out with you James.
“I might not be a size 10, but I’ve got a good heart."
She then held up a little finger before smacking her bum as she announced: “So take that and kiss that.”
Gemma then flounced off, wiggling her bum from side to side, before shouting back at Arg: “Kiss my a**” as their castmates struggled to contain their giggles.

Butch tucker trial for TOWIE's Mark Wright - The Sun
The I’m A Celebrity and The Only Way Is Essex star is moving up the channels after impressing bosses with his stint on Take Me Out: The Gossip on ITV2.
He will join presenter Melanie Sykes on My Man Can, an offbeat challenge where women find out how useful their fellas are.
In the show being filmed in Cologne — the format is already a hit in Germany — blokes will be set challenges such as eating a plate of raw chillies and limbo-dancing. Their other halves have to guess how well they will do.
Mel will be the main host while Mark will oversee the bonkers challenges.
A source said: “Mark is thrilled ITV are taking a chance on him. He’s wanted to be a presenter for years. If this works, he’ll be exactly that.
“It’s a non-broadcast pilot at the moment but it’s pretty much guaranteed a decent slot. My Man Can is big in Germany and is on TV across the world. It’s one of the biggest shows in China.”
Mark has been teasing his Twitter followers with his new plans, writing: “Omg!! Just seen the set. Very big and exciting, nerves kicking in now though!”
The Sun told how Mark has already made his first million since leaving TOWIE last year. He was runner-up on I’m A Celebrity and his career is being guided by Myleene Klass’s agent.

Tesco buys We7 online radio station - The Guardian
Tesco has bought We7, the internet radio station co-founded by Peter Gabriel, for £10.8m as it bolsters its internet offer with movie and music streaming services.
Billed as like "having a personal DJ", the website lets listeners create a personalised radio station by picking the artists they want to listen to. Last year the grocer bought movie streaming service blinkbox.
Tesco is already of the UK's largest retailers of CDs and its digital director Mark George said: "This move will help us offer a greater choice for the growing number of customers who want to access music instantly on any device. We7 has a great team and a good technology platform from which we can launch a range of digital music services in the future."
Although free to use, like its rival Spotify, We7 makes money from advertising. Listeners can choose from a library of 11m songs.
Tesco said it had bought a 91% stake and would buy the remaining shares in the coming weeks. The major supermarkets are looking to cash in on the digital entertainment market with rival Sainsbury's snapping up a 64% stake in online digital book retailer Anobii earlier this week.

Walmart, Aldi Pasta Recall Issued Due Metal Fragments in Boxes - AboutLawsuits.com
Published: June 14th, 2012
Seasoning blend contaminated with metal fragments has resulted in the recall of 74,000 cases of pasta distributed under the Reggano and other brands, which were sold at Walmart, Aldi, Kroger and other major grocery store chains .
The boxed pasta recall was announced by ST Specialty Foods, Inc. on June 6, after the manufacturer received information that the seasoning blend may contain metal fragments. There have been no reports of injury or illness in association with the recalled pasta.
ST Specialty Foods is a subsidiary of Bay Valley Foods, which received its supply of seasoning blend from Kerry Ingredients & Flavours. Kerry alerted Bay Foods that the lactic acid used in the seasoning blend could contain small metal fragments.
The recalled pasta includes cases of linguine, pasta salad, and macaroni and cheese sold under the Reggano label at Aldi, and under generic labels at Kroger, Walmart, Meijer. The pasta was also sold at a number of other chain stores. The FDA recall announcement has a complete list of the 22 product names, UPC numbers and lot codes associated with the recall.
Consumers are advised to return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund, or to destroy them. Consumers with questions can contact Bay Valley Foods Consumer Response Department at (800) 756-5781.
A similar pasta recall was announced last year by Kraft involving Velveeta Shells & Cheese microwavable cups, which were also believed to be contaminated with metal fragments.

Tesco pays £10m for 91 per cent stake in WE7 - menmedia.co.uk
Tesco has paid £10.8m for a majority stake in an online music venture founded by Cheshire entrepreneur Steve Purdham and rock star Peter Gabriel.
The supermarket chain has acquired a 91 per cent stake in internet radio service WE7, which has a catalogue of 11 million songs that users can listen to for free, with advertisements played at the beginning of each track.
Tesco said it would buy the remaining shares within weeks.
The move follows Tesco's acquisition last year of online movie service blinkbox and is part of a strategy to offer new ways of accessing digital entertainment.
Mr Purdham was chief executive of SurfControl, a Congleton-based internet security company, until its sale for £201m in 2007.
He founded WE7 with £5m backing in 2008.
Mr Purdham said: “With its loyal customer base, numerous marketing channels and international reach, we believe Tesco is the perfect partner to bring WE7’s music services to a wider audience. Tesco has been an innovator in entertainment retailing for many years and we look forward to continuing this innovation digitally.”
The service is available via the internet and a smartphone app.
Tesco said it plans to launch additional digital music services from the WE7 platform in the coming months.
Tesco digital director Mark George said “Tesco is already one of the UK’s largest retailers of CDs. This move will help us offer a greater choice for the growing number of customers who want to access music instantly on any device, whenever and wherever they want.”

Loyal followers await Trader Joe's opening in Fort Worth on Friday morning [Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Texas] - Businessweek
Fortune magazine reported in 2010 that it sold $1,750 of goods per square foot, more than double what Whole Foods did. A Trader Joe's spokeswoman declined to comment on the Fortune article.
In fact, the company would discuss very little. Trader Joe's seldom if ever participates in industry conferences and is widely considered the most secretive retail food chain.
Regarding its ownership, all the Trader Joe's website says is that it's privately owned -- not a word of its connection to Germany's billionaire Albrecht family. It built the international Aldi discount chain empire, which had divided the world between Aldi Nord (North) and Aldi Sud (South) after a feud between the two Albrecht brothers, Karl and Theo.
South operates the Aldi stores in the U.S., while North bought Trader Joe's, then a small chain, in 1979 and operates it independently.
The company won't disclose whether there are any product sourcing or logistical synergies. But Rand says Trader Joe's and Aldi have similar marketing approaches, albeit for different types of customers.
In any case, the recent entries of Aldi, Sprouts Farmers Markets and now Trader Joe's into an already saturated North Texas market can only work to the average consumer's benefit. By keeping gallons of milk under $2 and a dozen eggs under $1, Aldi has kept prices low for such staples.
Corporate plans
For two years, the chain resisted demands that it join a campaign for safe working conditions and fair wages on Florida tomato farms, a position that Whole Foods but no other national supermarket chains adopted. It had called the Campaign for Fair Food's approach "unacceptable," but on Feb. 9 -- a day before demonstrations were planned at Trader Joe's stores in 40 cities -- the chain gave in, praising the group's "groundbreaking approach to social responsibility" and agreeing to pay an extra cent per pound of tomatoes.
The chain for years concentrated on both coasts before expanding through the central states, self-financing its new stores as it moves into new markets, Rand said.
The company, which started in Los Angeles, now has more than 370 stores in 33 states.
Expansion plans in Texas include openings in The Woodlands, near Houston, on Friday; in Plano on Sept. 7; two in Houston later this year; in San Antonio on Oct. 19; on Dallas' Greenville Avenue in the first quarter of 2013; in Dallas' Preston Hollow neighborhood in 2014; and in Austin in 2014.
As intensely close-mouthed as Trader Joe's is about its management and methods, it makes a point of hiring chatty, helpful staff. Human resources managers reportedly count how many times a job applicant smiles during the interview process. Job applicants are told on the company website that they must make eye contact with shoppers.
And it has a far higher percentage of full-time employees on the floor than other chains, Rand said.
"The staff is very friendly, almost nosey about what I plan to do with what I'm buying," said Mauri Artz, an author and college entrance coach in the Cleveland suburb of Gates Mills. "They have probably been coached to start conversations about food. Anyway, the produce is usually good, though I have had some bad packaged melons and grapes. The sushi is awful. Looks bad, tastes horrible.
"The flash-frozen fish really works well with soups and sauces -- especially the tuna," Artz said, adding, "I love the in-store demonstrations, and the prices are nice."
The company declined to say whether it will offer any different products in Fort Worth, which it misspelled "Forth Worth" in its first advertising flier. But it introduces a dozen new products weekly and analyst Rand said that store managers have surprising freedom to swap out items, a sort of throwback to a bygone era of grocery management.
Paying well above industry averages might help explain why Trader Joe's workers are seemingly so good-natured. Full-time clerks are said to earn about $40,000 with medical and dental insurance; managers reported
