WORTHINGTON Properties has begun work on a £9m mixed-use scheme in Lytham St Annes containing a 14,155 sq ft Aldi superstore and 34 one- and two-bed apartments.The development, which will also contain 70 spaces for shoppers and ten basement parking spaces for residents, will be built at Clifton Drive North on the site of the derelict five-storey former Conservative club building.
